Every culture is sold with a sterility and viability guarantee, should you find your cultures to be contaminated or non-viable please contact us immediately. We will replace any product free of charge that arrives damaged or contaminated. Please do not ship Live Items back to Pathogenyx Fungi unless we request that you do so for testing. If you suspect that your Live Item is damaged or defective we will assist you with a replacement item or a refund. Have your order number ready and be prepared to send us photos and a description of the issue. Any decisions by Pathogenyx Fungi regarding replacement/refund are final, non-negotiable and dependent on test results.
