BLUE CHANTERELLE
Polyozellus multiplex also called Clustered Blue Chanterelle, or Black Chanterelle. The distinctive fruiting body of this species comprises blue-to purple-colored clusters of vase shaped caps with veiny wrinkles on the under-surface that run down the length of the stem. Blue Chanterelles are a cluster mushroom related to Chanterelle. They have a deep blue/ indigo hue with a sweet woodsy, nutty flavor. Like other Chanterelles they work well being sauteed in butter and oil.

Chanterelles cannot be grown indoors, they are mycorrhizal and must form a relationship with conifer trees. Use this liquid culture to create grain spawn and bury it in holes near Conifer trees. If conditions are favorable you will have beautiful and delicious chanterelles the next season. It can sometimes take years or even decades for chanterelles to establish.

With this order you will receive one sterile syringe containing 10-12mL of fresh, live, and healthy mycelium thriving in our proprietary formula with the perfect balance of sugars and nutrients that are carefully assembled in a process that results in a pure, crystal clear, highly nutritious sterile solution with no sediment, debris, cloudiness or other contaminants.
